On December 2, 2024, Carrier Global Corporation (the “Company”) announced that Kevin O’Connor, Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Company, would be stepping down, with an expected departure date of January 1, 2025. Francesca Campbell has been appointed to serve as the Company’s new Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.
