Other Events.

On December 22, 2020, Carrier Refrigeration ECR Holding Luxembourg S.à.r.l. (“Seller”), a subsidiary of Carrier Global Corporation, completed the
previously announced sale of all of the outstanding A and B shares of Beijer Ref AB held by Seller to Breeze TopCo S.à r.l., a Luxembourg corporation and a subsidiary of a fund managed by EQT Fund Management S.à r.l. (the “Transaction”). Seller
received proceeds of approximately $1.1 billion in connection with the completion of the Transaction.
